1920's Bungalow...

It's Thursday and that means it is time for 'Thursday Houston Real Estate Round Up'. In other words, I love looking at real estate and these are the saved photos of houses that I dream about possibly owning one day. Like anything else I love all different styles of homes. Next week Thursday's post will consist of a San Fransisco style home in the heart of Houston.

This home is a 1920's style bungalow. If anyone knows about bungalow's than you know they are cute but small. You will find either a 2bed/1bath or 3bed/1bath. On the Houston market right now, this house is 3 bed/1bath and is $265,000. Pretty inexpensive but I can say that I would love to purchase this home. The fact that the home is small doesn't bother me because it would be a great investment property. It is in a prime, prime location at a very reasonable price for the 1300 sq. ft. home. Extend the house to add another bathroom, glam up the exterior of the home and create a covered walk way from the garage to the home. Without even doing all of that putting the right type of furniture would give this place a whole other feel. Smaller, clean line furniture instead of traditional puffy chairs can really open up this house...
